Sum function ignores missing value
I think answer is C bcoz of the IF condition which says that if origpasseger is missing then its value is 100.
I think its A since, the origpasseger in if condition is being replace with the missing value.
Yes, it is true. Answer is "A". If the same IF statement is used after the statement: "OrigPassengers = .;" then the answer would be "C".

The answer is D. Sum of a missing value is missing, adding 100 to that you still have a missing value (see question 22 in the official SAS practice exam.
