Datastep Execution

Review the code below

What are the values of num1-num4 in the first observation of dataset aaa?

a) 11 12 31 32
b) 11 12 missing missing
c) missing missing missing missing
d) An error is issued by SAS and dataset is not created.

Due to MISSOVER option...for the first observation

num1=11
num2=12
num3=.
num4=.

There is no Run statment to execute..so

You do not need a RUN statement following the null statement (the semicolon after the data
lines). The DATALINES statement functions as a step boundary, so the DATA step is executed as soon as
SAS encounters it.
