Answer: D
Reasoning: SET is used to create a raw data file. FILENAME
references a file to be read, while FILE is used to reference a file to
be written to. The PUT statement will describe the lines written to the
raw data.

ANS is C. Input and inflie statement help us to creat SAS data set but file and put statement helps us to creat raw data file.

When writing observation to a raw data file, use the FILE statement to specify the output file (Ref: Sas Cert base guide)
