Which of the following programming conventions can be used in conjunction
with the line-hold specifier, @@?

A) @ pointer control
B) MISSOVER option
C) column input
D) INPUT statement

Answer: D
Reasoning: A, B, C should not be used with the double training at
line-hold specifier.

Why not the rest three? I know it is there in SAS documentation but there is no reason!!!
